Verification Policy
How PhysioSocial reviews professional, person, Page and special verification requests.
Verification is a platform review
A PhysioSocial verification badge indicates that the account or Page has passed the applicable PhysioSocial review process. It is not a government certificate, licence, accreditation or endorsement.
Possible verification categories
General
For eligible profiles or Pages that meet the standard verification requirements.
Special
For eligible profiles or Pages with an additional reason or category recognized by the platform.
Official
For eligible official entities or identities where the platform can establish the relevant official connection.
Superadmin
An administrative platform status and not a normal user verification category.
Evidence
Depending on the verification type, PhysioSocial may require verified email/mobile information, professional registration, identity or government-document evidence, a complete profile/Page and one or more optional social profiles. Only the evidence relevant to the requested category should be submitted.
Social profiles
Where social verification is requested, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn may be provided. They are not necessarily all required; the applicable verification workflow may accept one eligible social profile.
Government ID and future digital verification
Where document verification is enabled, applicants may be asked to upload an accepted government ID through the designated secure verification form. Future DigiLocker or other digital-verification integrations may use separate authorization flows. Never email or publicly post a government ID unless explicitly instructed by an official verification workflow.
Review decisions
PhysioSocial may approve, request more information, defer or refuse a verification request. Decisions may consider authenticity, completeness, consistency, impersonation risk, public professional information and platform safety.
Removal or suspension
A badge may be removed or suspended if the account/Page no longer meets requirements, information becomes misleading or outdated, evidence is found to be fraudulent, or the account violates platform rules.
Appeals
If an appeal process is available for your verification decision, follow the instructions shown in the verification interface. Otherwise contact support with the relevant username/Page and request details.
