Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of PhysioSocial and its profiles, Pages, Groups, content, messaging and verification features.

Effective date: 1 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or using PhysioSocial, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and feature-specific rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
  • Use only one account unless PhysioSocial expressly permits additional accounts.
  • Protect your password and authentication methods.
  • Do not impersonate another person, organization or professional.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Professional representation

Users must not falsely claim qualifications, registrations, employment, institutional affiliation, clinical authority or professional status. Where professional registration is requested, information must be truthful and belong to the relevant person or entity.

4. User content

You retain rights you already have in content you upload. By posting content, you grant PhysioSocial the permissions reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute that content through the features you use. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use PhysioSocial for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, malicious software, privacy violations, unauthorized advertising, deceptive professional claims or content that violates the Community Guidelines.

6. Pages and Groups

Page and Group administrators are responsible for managing their communities appropriately. Administrators must not publish confidential personal data, misrepresent an organization or use a Page/Group to evade platform restrictions.

7. Images, videos and documents

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for uploaded media. Do not upload private patient records, government IDs, confidential workplace material or other restricted information except through an expressly authorized workflow and where you are legally permitted to do so.

8. Verification

Verification is a platform review process. A badge does not equal a government licence, professional registration, accreditation, endorsement or guarantee of quality. Verification may be refused, suspended or removed when information is insufficient, misleading, outdated or inconsistent with platform rules.

9. Communications

Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or use PhysioSocial messaging for scams, credential theft or abusive communication. Service emails may be sent for account, security, verification and important platform notices.

10. Intellectual property

PhysioSocial's software, branding, interface, logos and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell or exploit the platform except as permitted by law or written authorization.

11. Enforcement

We may limit visibility, remove content, restrict features, suspend verification, suspend accounts or take other reasonable measures when necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse or comply with law.

12. Third-party services

PhysioSocial may link to or interact with third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. PhysioSocial is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

13. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability. Maintenance, security incidents, hosting issues or other circumstances may temporarily affect the service.

14. Medical and professional disclaimer

PhysioSocial is a professional networking and information-sharing platform. Content posted by users is not automatically reviewed or endorsed by PhysioSocial and should not be treated as individualized medical advice, diagnosis or treatment instruction.

15. Changes and termination

We may modify features or these Terms as the platform evolves. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning rights, privacy, content, enforcement and other matters that logically survive termination may continue to apply.

16. Contact
