Be professional
Communicate respectfully. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, threats, humiliation and targeted abuse are not.
Be authentic
Use your real professional identity where required. Do not impersonate professionals, clinics, universities, organizations or public figures.
Protect privacy
- Never post patient-identifying information without a lawful basis and appropriate authorization.
- Do not publish another person's government ID, phone number, private email or confidential documents.
- Do not expose private messages or screenshots without permission.
Share responsibly
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use. Avoid dangerous misinformation, fraudulent claims and deceptive professional advertisements.
Spam and manipulation
No automated spam, fake engagement, phishing, scams, repetitive promotional posting, malicious links or attempts to manipulate verification or platform systems.
Reporting
Report problematic content through available platform tools or contact support. Include enough information for the team to locate the content.
Enforcement
Depending on severity, action may include content removal, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, verification suspension, account suspension or permanent removal.
